• Life Coaching – We help you identify personal and/or business and/or relationship goals, develop strategies, relationships and action plans intended to achieve those goals.
• Mood disorders – Is your life affected by mood swings, dysthymia, clinical depression, bipolar affective disorder/manic-depression? We can help you to cope.
• Trauma – If you are suffering psychological distress following traumatic life experiences (past and recent events, single and multiple episodes), victims of crime, motor vehicle accident survivors, work place injuries we can help you come to terms.
• Stress - Stress in itself isn't necessarily harmful. Everyone needs goals and challenges. But too much can be damaging. We explain how to spot when stress is becoming unmanageable and suggest ways to deal with it.
• Relationship counselling - All relationships go through difficult times - it's how you handle those times that makes the difference between staying together and splitting up. Our RELATE certified counsellors can help.
• Counselling Supervision - We provide counselling supervision in a variety of contexts including private practice, education and youth counselling services, Bereavement services, voluntary and charitable organisations, and within FE and HE institutions.
